JUNIOR ARCHITECT/INTERIOR DESIGNER
We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join the N SQUARE STUDIO team in Hyderabad as Junior Designer.
THE JOB:
• Attending design meetings, offering opinions and taking minutes
• Creating concept boards and presentations for clients
• Creating Plans, Elevations, Lighting, Electrical layouts and detailed drawings in AutoCAD
• Assist the team in producing full interior specifications, including sourcing and purchasing items
• Organising the sample library and keeping it up to date with new product lines, generating
new relationships with local vendors, setting up and maintaining trade accounts
• Liaising with contractors on-site with designs when required
• Create presentations for product specifications, dimensions and other details for suppliers
• Finishing and re-colouring existing designs
• Preparing drawings for the company website and blog
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Possess the ability to work in a collaborative and open environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects and competing deadlines, have a good eye for detailing
• Assisting the team with developing concept design drawings all the way through to detailed construction document sets
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience in detailing, specification and coordination of interiors. Basic knowledge of joinery design is preferable
• Minimum one year experience in a relevant job
