10 RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

10.1 IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY PRODUCTS, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE BELOW MENTIONED CONDITIONS, VIZ:
10.1a Please notify N Square Studio of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 7 working days of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 7 working days, N Square Studio shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.
10.1b Any product(s) you wish to return should be in an unused condition. In the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.
10.1c Home décor products must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc
10.1d The returned products will be subject to verification and checks by N Square Studio in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
10.2 IF A PRODUCT RETURNED IS DULY ACCEPTED BY US, N SQUARE STUDIO MAY TAKE EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS:
10.2a Repair the original product if it is possible.
10.2b Replace the product if the same is available in the inventory.
10.2c If the product is not available, N Square Studio shall replace the product with a similar product of your choice of the similar amount. In the event the amount of the replaced product is more that the amount of the original product, you will be required to pay the differential amount and if the amount of the replaced product is less that the amount of the original product, N Square Studio will give you a promo code of the differential amount for further use.
11 REFUNDS
IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR A PROMO CODE (AS THE CASE MAY BE), THE SAME SHALL BE GIVEN TO YOU AS PER THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
11.1 The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by N Square Studio.
11.2 The refund vides a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by N Square Studio.
11.3 A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by the customer or N Square Studio.
12 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In case we have not started operations in your City, whenever we find it operationally possible, we may deliver the product at your doorstep (provided the transportation cost is borne by you at actuals). For such areas we will not be able to provide installation service and the products will not be covered under any warranty.
