Do you ship to my location?
We ship products weighing below 10 kgs all over India and large furniture items weighing over 10 kgs to all major cities. Shipping guidelines are published on individual product pages.
For delivery outside serviceable pin codes and international delivery please email us on contact@nsquarestudio.com and we will quote exact shipping charges and delivery timelines.
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
Of course! Just email us on contact@nsquarestudio.com or call us on +91 9989997775 and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time up to 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s) for delivery from our
warehouse. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes, we will send you an email on dispatch of the product. We will give you a tracking number from the third party courier company through which you can track your order.
For local deliveries in Hyderabad, we will send you an email confirming your product has left along with details of the delivery team lead.
How will my item(s) be delivered?
Products below 10 Kgs will be delivered through third party couriers all over India including Hyderabad. Local deliveries for large items (above 10 kgs) in Hyderabad will be made through our own transport vans.
How would I contact the delivery company?
Along with a confirmation of dispatch we will give you the tracking number through which you can track your order. If you have any trouble tracking your order please give us a call on +91 9989997775 or email us

What if I am not home when my package arrives?
You may get a call from the Courier Company/ Logistics partner confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. However, as we do not have any direct control over the courier partners/ logistics partner , we cannot guarantee that they will act only in certain manner or will necessarily call before getting your order for delivery.
In rare cases if they are not able to find you at your address, when they reach they will leave a notice/ message at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement. We also request you to give correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order.
If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.
Can you help assemble furniture?
We currently do not provide an assembly service. Most of our furniture will not require any assembly or may require very minimal assembly like screwing the legs to the top of a side table. This can be done in most cases without the aid of any tools. If there are any screws or Allen keys to be used, they will be provided with the product.
I want to ship this product as a gift. Can you gift wrap it for me?
Sorry, we do not offer a gift wrap service at the moment but will introduce this shortly.
How do I know if the package / product will fit through my stairway/lift/door?

My shipment says delivered but I have not received my order?
Along with a confirmation of dispatch we will give you the tracking number through which you can track your order. If your tracking status shows the item is delivered and you have not received it then please give us a call on +91 9989997775 or email us at contact@nsquarestudio.com and we will take it up with the
delivery company.
