Warehouse dispatches have resumed on a first in first out basis for orders, subject to the service that our courier partners Fedex/Delhivery are able to provide. As per the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, orders will not be shipped to containment zones.

Staying in line with the current lockdown in various parts of the country, there will be a delay in delivering orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible. We request you to bear with us in this challenging situation.

The wellbeing of our warehouse and studio employees is still being treated very seriously. We’ve put in place extensive security and sanitisation measures to reflect the government guidelines. Our warehouse team operate in very small groups at a distance of 2 metres from one another, we are following WHO’s advice when it comes to hygiene and social distancing.

All our products are handmade and our production has been deeply affected by the ongoing situation. This has led to delays in production and on dispatch of ready to ship items. We are constantly reviewing current government advice and our circumstances, and we will let you know of any changes to our service.

Q. Can I still order online?

A. Yes, you can still order online, and we've resumed operations with small teams. We're closely following the Government's advice to retailers during this time. We monitor this advice daily, and will keep you informed should this situation change.

Q. Is your studio still open?

A. We've made the decision to open the studio with a small number of staff. Visits to the studio are still not possible at this time.

Q. I have an order pending — what will happen to it?

A. If you have an order pending we'll still deliver it. Please check our update email for the latest information on your order or email/whatsapp our Customer Services for the latest information on your delivery. The update will be followed with a Fedex tracking details email once your order is dispatched.

Q. What precautions are your warehouses and couriers taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

A. Our teams, carrier partners and customers' health and safety is our number one priority. In our warehouse and factory, we've increased our safety practices to include the following measures:

  1. 1. Social distancing in line with government protocol
  2. 2. Clear markings to delineate social distancing and increased signage to explain the hygiene procedures in place
  3. 3. Frequent deep cleaning and sanitisation
  4. 4. Hand sanitiser and disposable gloves and masks provided
  5. 5. Staff temperatures taken on arrival

Our carrier partners have all deployed similar practices and we continue to work with them on a daily basis to ensure these are met.
