DESIGN INTERNSHIPS - PAID

1. GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP:
Location: Remote/Studio Based
Duration: 2 - 6 Months
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven student or graduate with a creative appetite to assist in managing social campaigns, get involved in content generation and work on visual ideas for our online retail website.
THE JOB:
- Producing designs, visual media and assets in response to a variety of briefs
- Working on newsletters and graphics for social media posts
- Producing graphics for packaging
- Design newsletters for internal and external use
- Provide designs for branded print material for events
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Be capable of clear communication; fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating high-quality graphic design and visual media
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite (other programs also desirable)
- Ability to create original visual assets for our website and social media
- Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging visual ideas

2. INTERIOR DESIGN INTERNSHIP:
Location: Studio Based
Duration: 2 - 6 Months
The ideal candidate needs to be driven and be able to apply themselves within a fast paced and challenging environment. This position will help you become a well-rounded designer who is confident of taking ownership from initial concept through to completion, taking responsibility for your own workload. The ability to engage in design development using confident hand drawing and software skills is highly desirable.
THE JOB:
- Contribute to the overall look and feel of project interiors with direction from senior designer.
- Contribute to the development of space planning concepts and generate program documents.
- Assist in selecting finishes for various projects and create project material finish boards as needed, under direction of senior designers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Be capable of clear communication; fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong sketching abilities. Bonus points for experience in 3D modelling or rendering.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.
- Be able to deliver neat, clear and accurate technical drawings and design information with high level of attention to detail
